We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:
Monday - Thursday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee.
Financial
It is our goal to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. We accept all major credit cards and offer in-house payment plans to help make your treatment more affordable. We also offer a five percent discount for multiple family members undergoing treatment and for patients who pay in full prior to the onset of treatment. We thoroughly explain your options, so that we can accommodate your needs.
Insurance
Our office is committed to assisting you in maximizing your insurance benefits. If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Most insurance policies have a lifetime maximum orthodontic benefit that is distinct from your regular dental insurance. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts.
To help us with your insurance filing, please complete all the insurance questions on our questionnaire including the subscriber’s name, date of birth, social security number, employer and insurance company. As a service to our patients, once treatment has started we will bill your insurance carrier.
Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges not paid by insurance.
